Veteran Actor Baba Suwe buried in Lagos.

By Afolabi Oyekunle. Veteran comic actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe, was buried today in Lagos.  The actor died in the Ikorodu area of Lagos on Monday. The burial was witnessed by many people including his colleagues in the industry. The news of his death drew reactions from prominent Nigerians including the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo who said, “Baba Suwe’s death had left a vacuum that would take some time to be filled in the entertainment industry. I pray that God will grant the late Babatunde Omidina eternal rest and grant the family, colleagues, and associates the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.” Reacting, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila implored the children and family of the deceased to find solace in how he used his God-given talent to influence the lives of others positively. Adultery:  End our marriage, policeman begs court. A 45-year-old policeman has  told an Igando Customary Court to end his    14 year old marriage, accusing his wife Rashidat of being promiscuous.   Mr. Rafiu Ademola, on Thursday prayed the  Customary Court to end his 14-year-old marriage over his wife’s alleged cheating. “I saw messages of her adulterous acts on her WhatsApp chats with her lovers, she meets with them at different locations. “She told one of the men that she is a single mother and stays with her sister. “I transferred all the chats into my phone as evidence,” he said. The plaintiff said that his wife was lazy and hardly cooked for the family.
