Ajuzie Heads NAGAFF Trade Faclitation Team Pledges To Deliver Expressly On Mandate

The one time Executive Chairman of NAGAFF, Apapa Premier Ports, Dr. Fred Ajuzie has been officially inaugurated as National  Chairman Trade Facilitation team on Tuesday at the National headquaters in Lagos.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the National president of NAGAFF, Chief Tochukwu Esizi gave a string warning to the leadership of the team not to allow duplication of roles or purpose and clash of interest amongst other existing standing committees of the association.
Chief Esizi stressed that the essence of establishing the Trade Facilitation Team is ultimately to bring a sense of relief to his office and  not to cause a burden to the association.

He added that all other standing committees are working together as a family to achieve a common goal for NAGAFF.



Also speaking at the event was the Chairman Board of Trustee, Dr. Chidiebere Enanam who stressed that the management will keep watching the performance of the team to give credit or sanction where and when necessary.

At the peak of the occasion,  the Deputy President of NAGAFF, MR. Simeon Nwonu said that the trade facilitation team has a strong role to play in the business of import and export in Nigeria even at this time where the economy is going through some tough times

Alhaji Ibrahim Tanko, the National Coordinator for 100% Compliance Team  added color to the event by commending the managenent of the association for choosing his good fried for the task.
Alh. Ibrahim however gave a verdict that any member of his team that is interested to join the Trade Facilitation team must first resign his or her membership from the team.

On his part as the newly inaugurated Chairman of Trade Facilitation Team, Dr. Fred Ajuzie, whose roburst experience in  freight practice spaning 40 years, appreciated the Founder of NAGAFF, Dr. Boniface Aniebonam and other national executives for the privilege to serve and for spotting the capacity to lead such a sensitive team in the arm of the association.

Dr. Ajuzie gave his assurance in delivering his mandate by constantly engaging the association for advise and also equipping his team  with knowledge and sensitization programs to enhance their performance.

He however promised that soonest all other trade facilitators in NAGAFF Chapters nationwide will be invited to the headquarters in Lagos for a national assignment.
