In appreciation of these many Christians from different denominations trooped out to churches today being the first Sunday in the month of February to show their appreciation.

Members of the Redeemed People of the Lord Church, Temidire area in Sango-Otta, Ogun State also trooped out to their church in beautiful regalia as they sang praises to God and danced in appreciation of God's goodness in their lives.
Their were several activities as the church choir rendered praises to God.

In his message titled "Giving Thanks to God" Founder of Redeemed People of the Lord Church, Prophet/Pastor Timothy Taiwo Adeosun called on the members to always appreciate God every day.

Pastor  Adeosun blessings the people with prayers.

He said they should always remember to fulfill their pledges for God to do more for them.

According to him, Psalm 103: My Soul give thanks to God, is a remembrance to Christians on the need to give thanks to God.

Pastor Adeosun also used the occasion to call on members and the general public to continue to key to the church 21days fasting and prayers which began on 1st February and will last till 21st February.

Pastor Adeosun said God will use  the fasting and prayers to break yokes in many lives, heal the sick and bless the people.

In the drama presented at the service, Christians were remembered of the need to sow to the things of the Lord no matter their financial capacity.

It was demonstrated how a sister sowed out of her little financial possession but was blessed in a wonderful way.

2Corinthians 9:6 "But this I say, which soweth sparingly shall  reap also sparingly and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
