The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, NRC  Dr. Kayode Opeifa has reiterated his commitment to the welfare of Railway workers.

Opeifa said this yesterday in Abuja during the May Day rally as he  joined the workers of the Corporation in their May Day Celebration at the Eagle Square, Abuja.

          MD NRC Dr. Kayode Opeifa.

The Managing Director  was seen dancing and singing with the workers.

He however asked for their continued support so that together, the Renewed Hope Agenda of Mr. President will be fully achieved.

The President General of the Nigerian Union of Railway , Comrade L. Ajiji and his SSA counterpart, Comrade Emeka Okeke who were visibly excited, expressed their appreciation to the MD for always identifying with the workers.

It is important to note that since the creation of the Nigerian Railway Corporation in 1898, this is the first time that her Chief Executive is physically identifying with the workers on her annual workers day celebration.

Below are some of the workers responses.
