AGBADO OKE-ODO LCDA: We are committed to its further development so says Hon: Obaleye.

Honourable Kayode Obaleye is one of the strong pillars among lawmakers in AGBADO- Oke Odo Local Council Development Area, (LCDA) representing Ward F. He has been consistent in his commitment to his ward and as a lawmaker has not abandon his job seeing that the local  council development area  is steer in the right direction.

Due to his hardworking, brilliant performances and advocating for the rights of the people of AGBADO-Oke Odo LCDA, his party, APC has put him forward for a second term and he won the primary to represent his Ward.

He is therefore eligible to contest the July 12th local government election in the state, contesting with candidates of other parties.

Honourable Obaleye believes that the antecedents of his party, APC in addressing the needs of the people in Lagos state and at local government level will work in favour of the party's candidates.

He said as a lawmaker he has been able to perform all he can for the people of his constituency and pledge to work with others at the LCDA to continue to see to the needs of the people.

Honourable Obaleye said during his ongoing term he identified with the people of his ward, providing palatives, provide bore holes in 2 communities and give free JAMB forms to students.

He assured that if voted into office he will not let the people down and will work with the next administration in AGBADO-Oke LCDA towards developmental projects.

According to Honourable Obaleye the choosing Chairman for the party in the LCDA, Hon. Abiodun Jimoh Ishola, is ready to cooperate with other elected candidates to make the LCDA great.

Also speaking, the incumbent Supervisor for Sports, Youth and Development in the AGBADO-Oke LCDA, Honourable Sobayo Yusuff Adetunji called on the electorate within the LCDA to throw their support to all candidates of APC in the area.

Honourable Sobayo assured that they will not disappoint them as the council will continue to see that projects that will promote the LCDA are executed while the people will not be neglected.

 He said in cooperation with others he will work hard to see that AGBADO-Oke LCDA ranks among the best in provision of infrastructure.

Meanwhile, APC South West Organizing Secretary, Honourable Lateef Ibirogba has called on the people of AGBADO-Oke LCDA to rally round and support all the candidates put forward for the July 12th local government election.

Honourable Ibirogba said it is God that puts people into positions and it's their turn. He said it may not be because they are the best but it's their time.

He assured that APC will continue to foster unity among all the candidates.

CPS Pensioners in Lagos state call on Gov. Sanwoolu, to expedite action on the payment of their Benefits.

The delay in the payment of their Pension Arears and other entitlements is worrisome to the Contributory Pensioners in Lagos state, who called on Governor Babajide Sanwoolu to quickly take a decisive action to pay their areas and other entitlements as approved by President Bola Tinubu. PENCOM pledges to see that Lagos State pays CPS retirees.

Director General of National Pension Commission, Ms Omolola Oloworaran has pledged that the Commission will fast track and work towards Lagos State government paying retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme what is due to them like their federal counterparts. She made the pledge at a media workshop in Lagos for journalists.
