Christians urge not to depart from the teachings of the Bible.

As Christians celebrate the Easter season, marking the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, they have been urged to always adhere to the words of God as in the Bible, and refuse to follow those preaching out of the contents of the Holy Book.

A highly annointed Man of God, Prophet Taiwo Adeosun made the call in his message while speaking on the significance of Easter, with FocusNews.

Prophet Adeosun of the Redeemed People of the Lord Gospel Church, with Headquarters along Tarmac Road, Sango-Otta in Ogun state, said disobedience to the words of God, sins and lack of Faith are the major reasons why prayers are not answered.

He said many of today's Christians prefer to do their own will instead of the will of God, while many preach out of the contents of the Bible.

Prophet Adeosun called on Christians to key to the messages of Easter, which is redemption of their lives from sins and absolute submission to Jesus Christ.

He said without redemption, a Christian is not fully born again and it will be difficult to enter into the kingdom of God.

Prophet Adeosun also called on Christians to adopt the sprit of giving to the less privileged and the things of God, for God to continue to bless them.

To the governments, Prophet Taiwo Adeosun urged them to prioritise the welfare of the vast majority of the people and invest in building of infrastructure.
