2027 Election: APC working to break 2023 records. Hon: Lateef Ibirogba.

All Progressive Congress (APC) is not only working to ensure President Bola Tinubu wins the Presidential election in 2027 election but with a wide margin surpassing the 2023 votes.

This is coming from the APC Organising Secretary in the South-West, Honourable Lateef Ibirogba, while speaking with FocusNews on the just concluded APC primaries in the country.

Honourable Ibirogba said the votes recorded in the presidential primary is an indication that if the election is held today, President Bola Tinubu will win with great margin.

According to him, the structure on ground is intact for President Bola Tinubu to win the election, while the party will not rest on its oars to ensure victory for the President.

He noted that APC has 31 out of 36 states and is working hard to ensure that it controls the remaining states.

Honourable Ibirogba therefore called on the people to continue to believe in the Renewed Hope Agenda, as President Bola Tinubu is out to bring the country back on the right track.

He assured the people that things are going to be better in the country.

Speaking on the outcome of the APC primaries in other positions, Honourable Ibirogba called on winners and losers to embrace each others as everybody must be on the same page and work together for the success of the party.

He said the party is in another chapter after the primaries towards reconciliation of everyone, the winners, losers and those who are agrieve.

He said the party wants to go into the next election in 2027 in one accord, with the aim of winning the election.

Honourable Ibirogba assured that everyone will be brought on board, and work as a family.

On the forth coming Ekiti Gubernatorial election, he noted that the APC candidate, Biodun Oyebanji will win the election as he is the only visible candidate on ground.

Honourable Ibirogba therefore called on all APC supporters to rally round him, and show their support through their votes.

CPS Pensioners in Lagos state call on Gov. Sanwoolu, to expedite action on the payment of their Benefits.

PENCOM pledges to see that Lagos State pays CPS retirees.

Director General of National Pension Commission, Ms Omolola Oloworaran has pledged that the Commission will fast track and work towards Lagos State government paying retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme what is due to them like their federal counterparts. She made the pledge at a media workshop in Lagos for journalists. The Director General was surprised when she was asked why the Template for the payment was not released to Lagos State government for the payment of backlog of areas and allowances as approved by the Federal government, which Federal retirees are currently enjoying.
