Agbado-Oke Odo LCDA Chairman presents Head of Human Resources with Official car.

In furtherance of his administration's commitment to staff welfare and institutional excellence, the Executive Chairman of Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA, Hon. Abiodun Jimoh Isola (Ejigbadero),  has presented an official vehicle to the Head of Human Resources of the Council, Mrs. Ogunmoyero Kofoworola.


This is according to the press  release by the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Chairman, Agbado/Oke-Odo LCDA,Ojo Samuel Oluwafemi (femiOJO).

The official presentation was carried out on behalf of the Executive Chairman by the Council Manager, Mrs. Gbemisola Fregene, who described Mrs. Ogunmoyero as a diligent and resourceful officer.

Also present at the presentation were the Council Treasurer, Alhaja Abdulsalam Fouziyah; the Chief of Staff to the Executive Chairman, Mr. Rabiu Abdulrasheed; the NULGE Chairman, Comrade Tajudeen Olowolagba; alongside other senior officials and stakeholders of the Council who witnessed and celebrated the occasion.

The presentation underscores the administration's unwavering belief that empowering workers is essential to achieving excellence in governance. Human resource management remains at the heart of every successful institution, and equipping key officers with the necessary resources enhances productivity, accountability, and efficient service delivery.

Notably, this vehicle marks the sixth official vehicle procured by the administration for Heads of Departments, with plans already in place to extend the initiative across all departments in phases. This demonstrates a deliberate and sustained investment in the workforce that drives the Council's developmental agenda.

CPS Pensioners in Lagos state call on Gov. Sanwoolu, to expedite action on the payment of their Benefits.

The delay in the payment of their Pension Arears and other entitlements is worrisome to the Contributory Pensioners in Lagos state, who called on Governor Babajide Sanwoolu to quickly take a decisive action to pay their areas and other entitlements as approved by President Bola Tinubu. PENCOM pledges to see that Lagos State pays CPS retirees.

Director General of National Pension Commission, Ms Omolola Oloworaran has pledged that the Commission will fast track and work towards Lagos State government paying retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme what is due to them like their federal counterparts. She made the pledge at a media workshop in Lagos for journalists.
