Christians urge not to depart from God, as He is a God of convenant.

A prominent Christian Leader, Dr. (Prophet) Emmanuel Adedeji has called on Christians to hold on to God and not depart from Him, for His convenant to continue to work in their lives.

Prophet Adedeji, General Overseer, The Holy Order of Cherubim @ Seraphim, (Dew of Blessings) said this in His sermon during the 15th Anniversary of one of the branches, Ifo branch, located at Olorunsogo Street, Abule-Oke, Iyana -Cele.

The Man of God said departing from God's convenant is dangerous because He can refuse to answer when they call on Him, and leave them to Satan to control their lives .

For those who may have depart, Prophet Emmanuel Adedeji called on them to return, calling on other Christians who have not given their lives to Christ to do so without delay.

He praised the leaders and members of the Ifo branch for their steadfastness and work of God, noting that this has brought progress to the branch.

Speaking in an interview with Focus News, Prophet Emmanuel Adedeji called on Nigerians to refrain from cursing the government and the leaders but continue to pray for them.

He noted that there is nothing God cannot do, as with the prayers of the people, God will turn Nigeria to a land of blessings where the people will be happy.

In his words, Apostle Emmanuel Adebiyi, Minister in Charge of the Ifo branch thanked God for His love and protection over the members in the last fifteen years.

Apostle Adebiyi, said truly God is with the Church as there are remarkable improvement in the Church and spiritual lives of the members.

He thanked the General Overseer, Prophet Emmanuel Adedeji for his support, spiritually and financially.

Many activities preceded the harvest, as the Church conducted free medical tests for members and non members with free drugs.

PENCOM pledges to see that Lagos State pays CPS retirees.

Director General of National Pension Commission, Ms Omolola Oloworaran has pledged that the Commission will fast track and work towards Lagos State government paying retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme what is due to them like their federal counterparts. She made the pledge at a media workshop in Lagos for journalists.
