He told Comrade Omisande to brief him on the outcome of tomorrow's meeting with Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu.
Falana said he will join the Lagos State Pensioners, if there is need to stage another protest to force the state government to accede to their demands.
He said he had reached out to the inspector General of Police on the need to investigate the tear gasing of the Pensioners during Mondays peaceful protest at the Lagos House, Alausa.
Falana decried government denial of Pensioners rights saying the resources are available for the implementation of Pension Arrears spanning 16 years.
He asked the Leadership of DBS and CPS Pensioners to go to Thursdays meeting with Governor Sanwo-olu with determination and remain focussed.
Falana said he had also held talks with the chairperson, Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Lagos State, Agnes Funmi Sessie on the Pensioners Agitations.
