An urgent appeal to reconstruct Okeisagun road in Agbado -Oke Odo LCDA.

The deplorable condition of Okeisagun road, off Command road, in Agbado -Oke Odo Local Council Development Area, (LCDA) is of concern to people in the community and thousands of commuters who ply the road daily.

The road links to several areas , about connecting to Ipaja, and other communities.

Information gathered revealed that the deplorable condition of the road has been there for several years affecting commerce, trade, movement of the people and their health.

It becomes worse whenever it rains as many people including studenwho board motorcycle to fall.

High Chief Kolawole Faleye, the Community leader, said several letters have been written to the government to expedite action on the road.

He said the road leads to several primary and secondary schools and many commercial centres which become unaccessible often whenever it rains.

" Efforts of the community people to maintain the road become incapacitated due to the volume of tenormous damage of the road with for potholes and lack of drainage"

They are therefore calling on the Agbado -Oke Odo Local Council Development Area headed by Honourable Jimoh Isola Ejigbadero to see to the road reconstruction to make life better for the people of the area and thousands of commuters.

The delay in the payment of their Pension Arears and other entitlements is worrisome to the Contributory Pensioners in Lagos state, who called on Governor Babajide Sanwoolu to quickly take a decisive action to pay their areas and other entitlements as approved by President Bola Tinubu.
